Unhappy Ubuntu wireless suddenly stopped working for no reason

I've been using Ubuntu version 6.06 and my wireless internet was working perfectly fine and then suddenly it wasn't. I tried restarting the router and my roommates' wireless still works fine with windows. The wireless card appears to be connected as the lights are still flashing but getting no internet connection. I just keep getting the same message of "No working leases in persistent database - sleeping." Below are the results of iwconfig, iwlist ath0scan, lshw, dhclient eth0, and the contents of my interfaces file. I know that I have the correct name for the server and the password is correct and case sensitive.

I've spent hours trying to fix this can anyone help PLEASE!???
