Ubuntu Gutsy 32bit, Source Dedicated Server HL2MP & server UDP port not allocated

I think I can run SRCDS with Half-Life2: Deathmatch (at least I've had it running few times) but now I get this error:

WARNING: UDP_OpenSocket: unable to bind socket
Couldn't allocate dedicated server UDP port

./srcds_run -console -game hl2mp +maxplayers 10

./srcds_run -debug says the software can't find gameinfo.txt tho it's in the hl2mp folder.

I'm behind NAT with IP 192.168.2.xxx. I've tried to install No-IP and point it to this puter but seems that No-IP isn't running. In server.cfg I've set this is no LAN server. The No-IP address is elearautamiekka.homelinux.com.

Did I post this to wrong place in this forum because I don't get any help ? I would want to get the server run like it already should be :/
