Tunneling UDP traffic thru the proxy, how?

Hello,
i found how to setup socks5 proxy which is able to work with UDP traffic too. It is done using dante (google: dante socks proxy)

BUT i was unable to setup SSH tunnel using my Windows PuTTY to work with dante to runnel UDP.

Please can anyone point me to the right tutorial which guides on how to setup proxy for UDP tunneling? Traffic must be encrypted.

Thank you

How to route traffic for different services/ports is covered in the Dante documentation. Did you not read it?

Then you obviously haven't bothered to READ IT. Your question is answered in the Dante documentation...we are not going to look it up for you and send you the exact page/quote. Read the manual yourself.

Sorry, but no...we're not going to read the documentation for you. Do that yourself...the answers you're looking for are in it, and you've been directed to it a few times now. Show some effort of your own.

Similar to numerous other threads you've posted over the years:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ts-4175525205/
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ng-4175560168/
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...es-4175560562/

After three years here, you should know we're not going to do your homework for you, or read documentation for you.

Update: Answer is *STILL* in the documentation with examples. We are *STILL* not going to re-type the documentation here to keep you from having to read it.

Do not speak for other people. Maybe there will be someone who will want to help solve the issue.

I am not speaking for ANYONE else but myself..and I certainly can't prevent anyone from spoon-feeding you an answer, if they want to read the documentation for you, and write you up a custom tutorial. That's up to them.

Personally, I find it hard to believe that you haven't been able to easily search the Dante documentation to find the example...it took me about 20 seconds to find it. If you tried looking at the documentation, rather than posting follow-ups saying "Still not working!", you'd have had it fixed by now.

Must not have looked. Again, routing one protocol and port is no different than any other. Find the examples for ONE....then THINK about what you want, and APPLY the rules.

Or you can get someone else to read the instructions for you.
