Smile tuning parameters for handling more traffic

hi all
i am tuning parameters for performance improvement
i am looking for rcv_buffer=80000000bytes and # of DMA ring count=4096
i get this two form the IEEE papers to modify but i dont get where it is
plz tell me where can i find it..
