Angry ttyS2 & setserial

I can not get setserial to accept ttyS2, even the modem is working in minicom. It is a PCI INTEL HAM modem, and I have installed the right rrivers for linux and the modem works OK, but when I try to configure the /dev/ttyS2/ modem or serserial /dev/ttyS2 uart 16550A port 0xb800 irq 9 I get ttyS2 no such file or device.
I also have a ISDN external on ttyS0 and that works fine..

can anybody help ?
