Question Trying to set up an intranet with myDNS

I am trying for the first time to set up an intranet for my company using myDNS but I am new to this and I do not know what to do.

What do I need to put in to this web interface to get thing's going?

You want an intranet for your company and there doesn't exists a DNS Server already?
However for an intranet a good start would be a webserver like apache, cause

An intranet is a private computer network that uses Internet protocols and network connectivity to securely share part of an organization's information or operations with its employees. Sometimes the term refers only to the organization's internal website. The same concepts and technologies of the Internet such as clients and servers running on the Internet protocol suite are used to build an intranet. HTTP and other Internet protocols are commonly used as well, such as FTP. There is often an attempt to use Internet technologies to provide new interfaces with corporate "legacy" data and information systems.
Or are you trying to setup a Network with a fileserver, domain controller, dns server, dhcp server, backup system and so on?
Or are you just trying to setup DNS?

Hopefully I'm just setting up DNS... but people will certainly start asking for crazy features after it is up... you know how it is

Right now I just got dnsmasq working after I gave up on myDNS. It is resolving http requests but not ssh requests for some reason. FYI dnsmasq is a really easy way to do this compared to myDNS!

can you please describe your network a little bit more precise?
How do you test your ssh attempts?

Ok. So we have a webserver.. it's hostname is jupiter. The domain is mis20. If I open a browser and type http://jupiter.mis20 apache serves a webpage. But if I try to ssh with ssh jupiter or ssh jupiter.mis20 I get unknown name or service.

Hopefully there is a way to set this up in dnsmasq.
