Trying to make visible from Internet

I have a Suse Linux box behind a PFSense router connected to a T1 line. I have 6 public IP addresses 12.xx.xx.81 - 12.xx.xx.86. I changed the second NIC eth1 to 12.xx.xx.82 and connected to the hub connected to the T1 modem. I also have an IP phone 12.xx.xx.84 connected there. My PFSense router has dual WAN set up with the second ISP through a wireless connection.

I can ping 12.xx.xx.82 from my internal network and also connect to http://12.xx.xx.82 from the internal 192.168.42.xx network. From the router I can ping through my choice of the 2 WAN connections. If I use the 12.xx.xx.xx network, it responds, however I have it ping through the other ISP I can not reach it. I can ping the 12.xx.xx.84 IP phone through either ISP or from outside computers (Office). From the outside, I can not ping or reach the http://12.xx.xx.82 web server. NIC eth1 is in the External zone and the port 80 is open.

Any clues on what I have missed? I will also need to ssh to the public IP later.

I was not aware that someone is able to ping through a firewall with port 80....

Not sure what you mean by these.

How did you do the ping?

Also, I question your network diagram. Not sure if this is the best one you can make. Well, it depends on your requirements, of course.
