troubles with port forwarding and iptables

Hi everyone, I have this problem here:
I have a coyote linux like gateway of my internal network.
I already redirect all incoming request(from internet) to my internal web server (192.168.0.10). That work fine from outside, but from inside, none of my pc can find it.
I am using iptables, I now I have to write another rule but dont know wich one, so please help me
thanks.

you would need to use the

iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o <ExtNIC) -s <internal IP> -j SNAT --to-source <gatewayIP>

rule
