Trouble transferring a code for table from source to html


Hey guys, i'm really confused right now.. Usually when i need to print graphs i'd u a file say, myname.c and type in the code and the graph will be displayed on the terminal.. but i need to display it in an html file now and can't seem to find the solution to it.. i referred to my lecturer he told me to refer to the internet.. pls can some one lend me some help..

libreOffice
Octave(matlab) - uses gnuplot for the math graphs
Inkscape

you might even make a html graph in the java IDE eclipse
