Trouble starting arpwatch - Fedora 4

I am unable to get arpwatch to start automatically from ../init.d/arpwatch. I can get it to run from /usr/sbin/arpwatch without any switches from the command line OK. But if I use 'chkconfig --level 3 arpwatch on' (which symlinks to ../init.d/arpwatch) to have it automatically startup, it fails with the following:

Starting arpwatch: Version 2.1.a13
usage: arpwatch [-dN] [-f datafile] [-i interface] [-n net[/width]] [-r file] [-u usename] [-e username] [-s username] [FAILED]

Any suggestions?

If the machine is dual-homed then you will have to specify an interface "-i eth0"
