traffic shapping against msn/video

i have a cybercafe with redhat 9 as server with adsl 512.
i did traffic shapping to slow down http and ftp to give priority to online games. everything was perfect.
then, came msn and killed my internet connection when transmit video.
note: msn negotiates the port dynamicaly :(
anybody can help me?

I'm not sure about this but I can think of one posibility.

Since MSN can set the clients to use a proxy and then clamp down on the proxy port.

thanks david_ross.
but i've heard msn behind a proxy does'nt stream video, i'll check for myself to be sure. currently i'm using nat.
if i can't use msn with a proxy my last chance is to collect every on-line game port to raise prio on my shapping script and slow down the remainings.
