Smile traffic-shaping-bgp-balancing

I wouldlike to know if it is possible to have the next scenario :

company A has two internet links and uses bgp with them.
is it possible to sent the voice traffic through on provider , the video traffic to the other provider ... and so on with whatever aplications are using the internet ...so that each aplication gets the lowest possible latency-jitter.

If it is possible please help...it is nagging me for quite some time...and I could not find an answer anywhere...ergo I turn to you guys

thank you in advance...and please forgive me if there are some grammar incoherences
