Question traffic for network hosts


hello.

i have a debian sarge linux. and i want a monitor traffic for clients that are in NAT or in routed external IPs. this linux is router/gateway for my network. i installed mrtg, snmp but i cannot find same examples or documentation how can i monitor this clients traffic. I think traffic as all (tcp, udp, icmp). But if you know monitoring of divided traffic pleas past here.

everything what i found is examples how monitor all traffic to router / from router.

linux has 3 NIC. eth0 - external network, ISP; eth1 - NAT with subnet 10.10.10.0/24; eth2 - routed external IPs. Clients are connecting to this router/gateway with fuc*ing windows XP.

my boss is a stupid and he want see this traffic to end of this year

can someone help me?
