Traffic control/managment in Linux RH
I want to do this:
I have internet with speed 128kbps and a small network with 2 machines… if the first machine need internet make permissions to use it and the second machine have the minimum… and if the first machine do not need the second one use it maximal…
How I can do it in Linux RH ?
