trace IP sing Proxy server regarding bandwidth


Friends ,

In squid/proxy server how can I determind which IP takes a huge amount of Bandwidth ? i.e.,

Suppose I have a Linux proxy server with 20 users .Then If a user uses a maximum amount bandwidth , then How can I trace out of that IP using squid . Is it possibe ?

Plz help ...

well the access.log in squid lists each client transfer, you could use a tool like sarg or squidalyzer to aggregate the data into summaries.

you can also limit the bandwidth if you want with delay pools
