TP-LINK WN772N V2 on Debian
Hello,
I recently bought a WN772N v2 and I'm trying to use it on my os which is Debian Buster. On the TP-LINK website, they says that the provided driver won't work on kernel versions < 2.6.18 and > 3.19.3. My kernel is actually 4.19.0 so I tried to look for solutions and I found this one:https://github.com/luka-j/rtl8188eus, it compiles fine but when I try to set the device in monitor mode the entire os crashes. If any other info could help to figure out what's happening don't hesitate to ask me. Thank you in advance. Cheers!! |
