THANK YOU for help with Samba

Thank you all who have helped anyone with samba! By reading former posts and asking my own questions, I finally managed to make samba work for me! I had made the directories to be shared while root. Consequently, after fixing several problems with being able to log in properly, I could not write files to the share as I was not root. After fixing this, everything works!!!

As soon as I get my drive back from IBM, I'm going to make a RAID array and put my shares on there and delete them from my Win98 box. Afterwards, I want to attempt to run Appletalk server from linux too. This way the Mac can share all those files too!
