Question TFTP on CentOS

Hi guys

I have already installed an TFTP server on CentOS and i need to make an Ubuntu network installation.

Everything works perfect and after several minutes the process stops and i get the following error:

Code:
Gave up waiting for root device. Common problem:
 - Boot args (cat /proc/cmdline)
   - Check rootdelay= (did the system whait long enough?)
   - Check root= (did the system wait for the right device?)
 - Missing modules (cat /proc/modules: Is Dev)
ALERT! does not exist. Dropping to a shell!
Note that when i tried to install CentOS the process was completed successfully.

Any idea???
