telnet or shh client for linux

Hello I am using red hat 9 and I have a window box that I would like to telnet to via the internet? Is there any software for linux that I can use for this? Any help/suggestions appreciated

of course there is..

try the telnet command for telnet
try the ssh command for ssh

of course: you can only telnet to your windows box if you have a telnet server running there.

PUTTY

This is what I use if you are going to be going into you box from over the internet I recommend using SSH not Telnet. SSH is secure and encrypted and telnet sends everything in clear text
