Question Telnet configuration


Is it possible to configure Telnet so u can choose whitch users are allowed to log in and what they can do?? And disable the su command.

If so can someone tell me were i can get some info bout it??

To disable the su command you might create a certain group in /etc/groups which has access to su (or the other way around) with file permissions of the su-file.
