Question telnet as (not) registred protocol

I've just installed pingo linux 3.1 and, between the install, I've somehow set telnet as "illegal" protocol. Every time, when I click on link that runs telnet client and connects to a server, I recieve an error: "Telnet is not a registred protocol"

Can anyone help me to fix the problem?

Tnx

I have never messed around with pingo linux so I wouldn't know. It's most likely a config that you set. Do a grep on the keywords under / .
