TCP/UDP Confusion


Hello all,
I am new to networking domain.

I have a process X which opens up a TCP socket. Is it possible to pump data (UDP Flood) to this TCP Socket(basically port).

What are DOS attcks and where can i find tools for causing such attacks(just fro some expermination, no mailcious intent only for testing)

DOS attacks? do you mean DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks.
