That's because only
YOU are going to know which proxy server you need to use in your environment. Put whatever settings in that you need for YOUR NETWORK. Some folks don't run a proxy at all..some run TOR through a different port, some have a dedicated machine, some it's localhost.
How did you set this up? Where is your proxy server?
