System unable to recognise my ethernet card


Hi,
My system is a dual boot (Windows and RedHat Linux9).Working fine on both the OS.Now for Practice and knowledge purpose, i have removed both the OS and installed only RHL9.Everything is working fine, but my internet is no tup !!!
My system is not getting IP.I sit in a corporate LAN where DHCP gives th IP.
I tried to configure my ethernet card manually, it says failed because /sbin/ifup configuration is not found....

Please help me....

Have you tried using the Redhat tools (redhat-config-network)?
