SUSE 9.1 with Apache - You don't have permission...

Can anyone tell me how I can setup VirtualHosts on Suse 9.1
I tried to set it up.
But when I connect I get an error:
"You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected. "
I checked the permissions. The permissions are set correct. Everyone can view and read the file.

Can anyone tell me how I should setup virtualhost for Suse 9.1
