Lightbulb Surfing Security/Networking

This post is a Security/Networking thing so I just chose the one with most replies.

I want to send all outgoing network traffic thorugh safeweb.

In case anyone is not familiar with safeweb, it is a site you can connect to that encrypts all the transfers though SSL, hides you
ip, and messes up any tracker that may take place.

Is there a way to utilize ipchains and send traffic though Safeweb, preferably without the banner hey add to the top.
to see what SafWeb is goto: https://www.safeweb.com

It seems difficult to do, but innovation is excitment.

Thanks ahead of time.
