suggestions for web/email server

I am going to be setting up a server for a small office. It will only be a webserver and possibly an email server for about 15 users. They have a current site that gets about 1000 hits a month.

My questions what kind of hardware would I need for this type of server. Hdd/CPU/Memory?

The no brainer answer is - whatever you can afford.

There is no harm in planning for the future. If you are going to be using it for e-mail I'd at least try and get a raid setup.

If you are looking to run the website with a database backend then make sure you have adequate RAM as well.
