Suggestions for a free VPN client which supports IPSEC

Can someone suggest a VPN client that supports IPSEC? I'm running RH9, and I need this client to connect to the AT&T Global Network. AT&T unfortunately don't provide a VPN client for linux that I can find.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jason
