Suddenly , it became impossible access to server.


My Environment:
RHEL5.4 Advanced Platform
Oracle Database
memcached
VCN server
SELinux is off
iptables is off

Suddenly , it became impossible access to server.
And I executed "service network restart".
The result was restored.
Why?

Because the network was down?
Any pointers in the logfiles?
