Sudden failure - Win2K now can't see Linux Folder

I had my W2K box seeing the shared folders in my RH 7.2 box. Then one morning it failed to find the folder: '\\\clint network path not found'

Also, I can ping my linux box from Win2K, but can't do reverse.

[smb.conf which appeared here deleted]

Sorry. Turns out my system had gone through power reset while I was gone. For some reason smb didn't restart. Restarting by hand fixed it.

Still have a question - see 'Should I see my linux box in Windows Neighborhood?' posted separately.
