streaming video

I've got a question: I've got an Axis network-camera, which I can access by a local ip-address. I can also watch streaming video (motion-jpeg) by entering a local address in my web-browser. What I want to do is make the video stream also available outside my local network. The camera is connected to a Linux-server. What should I do on my server to enable this?

If you can't assign an additional IP to the camera, you'll have to have the server access the camera with its internal IP and put it up for everyone else on an external IP. Since the camera has a streaming server built in, it should be a rather simple process. I can't say I've ever done this, though.
