Strange problem with FC3 and Postfix

Hi All!
i am facing a strange problem with my FC3.
I am running postfix on the machine and a local nmap shows the port 25 but a remote nmap from another machine doesnt show me port 25 at all!! I am not able to telnet to port 25 from another machine, but local telnet works fine, I checked it with anorther machine running FC3 and it also have same problem. I checked up all rules and no firewall is configured on any of these machines. Both boxes are on the same LAN and No firewall between them. Ping works fine, ssh works fine. I am confused and puzzled.
Any clues what might be the problem?
Thanx in advance
