stop cache.google.com

Hi
I have a network of 50 users running on Centos 6.5. The server runs squid (squid-3.1.10-19.el6_4.x86_64). I have seen the maximum bandwidth is eaten up by cache.google.com (or IP which correspond to google). How can I stop sending and receiving packets to cache.google.com from the proxy server to save bandwidth? I am attaching an output of iftop.
xxx.yyy.zzz => cache.google.com 118Kb 125Kb 112Kb
<= 4.77Mb 4.47Mb 4.01Mb

iftop -P
capss-router.jcbose.ac.in:41109 => cache.google.com:https 30.7Kb 32.9Kb 30.1Kb
<= 6.71Mb 6.56Mb 6.30Mb

It uses the https. Moreover I cannot get the IP of cache.google.com to stop it.

when i try iftop -i eth0 -f "dst host cache.google.com"
it shows no output

I have tried
iptables -A OUTPUT -p tcp -d cache.google.com --dport 443 -j DROP
iptables -A INPUT -p tcp -s cache.google.com - DROP

bur nothing worked

Please see the amount of bandwith it is taking making the network terribly slow. I know it coming out of the google chrome browser of the users but it hard to control them
Thanks

/etc/hosts on squid host (or in some squid.conf?)
Code:
127.0.0.1 cache.google.com
curious when
Code:
dig cache.google any +short
jj@my-kungfu ~ $
and/or
Code:
host cache.google.com
Host cache.google.com not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
Might be some LB/HA/CDN 'magic' going on...?

http://www.ozonesolutions.com/progra...he-google-com/ says "hrough trial and error, weve found that cache.google.com is actually a source for YouTube content. That is, when you watch a video on YouTube, the video data is streaming from cache.google.com."

Get to Work People! (unless you work at youtube?)
