forums are not the place to be told "step by step" details, that's what documentation is for. try the vpn howto at tldp.org or a vpn server like OpenVPN or FreeSWAN

You can have a look at www.howtoforge.com. They have a lot of step by step guides. For example this one for CentOS which could also be used for RedHat.

Like acid_kewpie said, no step by step here but when you encounter problems following some guide that's when users from LQ can help out.
