Static Routes

I am a newb, so I apologize in advance. I'm trying to setup some permanent static routing so that my Plex can bypass my VPN. I have a list and range of IPs that I need to add, but I don't know how to add a list of ips.

For example, my.plexapp.com is currently operating under IP 184.169.179.97

I know that runs within the range of IPs listed with the app: 184.169.128.0/17 (184.169.128.0 - 184.169.255.255).

I'd like to set up permanent routing on my machine so that those addresses (as well as others) will bypass my vpn and go directly through my Ethernet card at 192.168.2.121 (static IP).

Thank you!

What type of VPN do you use, tunnel or interface?

I'm not exactly sure what that means. I'm using Private Internet Access. I have their client app installed and running (it runs in the system tray). I don't know if that answers your question or not.

If doing ifconfig -a, is there any VPN interface in list?
