Static IP address getting DHCP on FC7

I've been trying to setup a new mythbox and I keep getting a message that it has failed to connect to the backend server (the one I am rebuilding). I discoverd that the box does not have the ipaddress that I have assigned to it, rather it is obtaining one from DHCP

I can run 'setup' and it states it has a static IP, the one I want.
if I run ifcfg-eth0 I get that the IPADDR= the one I want
I can check it in the gui Network configuration and it states it is the one I want

However, the address that is showing up on my network is another, DHCP assigned.

No other boxes on the network have the address I am trying to assign.

What I am doing wrong?

Thank you
