Start a program from website

I'm running a SuSE 7.3 server that acts as fileserver and gateway for my 2 Windows 2000 clients.

It is also running apache together with PHP.

Now I often use the server as a teamspeak server (a program which allows you to talk to each other. (I play a lot of CS ;-) ))

Now I wonder if it is possible to make a website that has a button that will start the teamspeak server when you click it. Is this possible?

You can have the webserver user start the program via cgi-bin -or if you want some user other than the webserver user, use the SuExec mechanism.

You may want to check out and look through the php codes. You may find a script already written for executing a command.
