Stalled connection

i just installed portsentry and after a reboot, my connection seems to stall after every 10mins or less. The only way to revive the connection is a reboot, can anyone help me out on this one? I am not sure if its portsentry causing the problem though.

Try psad, it does the same thing as port sentry.

I would like to solve this problem which exists with portsentry rather than changing the program.
