Talking SSTP and Gnome Network-Manager Integration

Hey guys, I need to get SSTP working to on my company Ubuntu 17.04 laptop and have really been struggling.

I've gone through installing the network-manager-sstp and sstp-client packages, but the option still doesn't appear in the Gnome Network panel. The issue seems to be the missing file /usr/lib/NetworkManager/ See below:
