sshd/ssh config for local forwarding

Hello all, I am trying to set up a local forward through my ssh server to tunnel a vnc connection to another machine on my private network. I use putty to set up the tunnel connection from my windows box at work. I dont understand what configuration I need to add to my sshd_config or ssh_config or is it something with X11 I am at a complete loss at this end. Can anyone help PLEASE!!

It sounds like you need to set:
GatewayPorts=yes

In sshd_config then restart sshd.
