SSH Tunneling

I wasn't able to find a thread that answered this question, so sorry if this is a double post.
I have my linux box hooked up to the internet through eth0, and hooked up to a hub and then to a windows laptop through eth1
The linux box has sshd running, and the windows box can log onto sshd as any user.
The windows box has Internet Secure Tunneling running and I've made tunnels on ports 80 and 53, and setup the DNS to use the Telus DNS server.
However, when I got to view a webpage, it says server unreacheable.
How can I get it so I can surf the web from the windows box using SSH tunneling?
