SSH tunnel reversed for VNC...Possible?

I have been searching to see if there is a way to do this but haven't found a yes OR no answer.

OK. Sinario.
I have a client that I need to connect to via VNC. They can't forward my ports for various reasons to the machine inside their network.

They can connect to me via VNC to MY network through an ssh tunnel but I want to go the other way arround.

1. They connect a tunnel to me
2. Once the tunnel is established connect to my ssh server (linux) and go back the other direction to take control of that machine?

I see putty has this remote option. Will this create the forward the other way?

I owe somebody BIG TIME if they can figure this out.

I am also able to use MS PPTP into a dialin server here. That gives the remote computer an IP on this network. Then I can connect to that IP and remote control his machine. Again for the same reasons I can't forward the PPTP GRE packets.

Basically the idea is that I need him to initiate the outgoing connection so I can traverse it back the other way.
