Code:
No, it is impossible to set up SSH over Bluetooth.
Even more so with Apple's Bluetooth implementation on iOS.

SSH works over a regular TCP/IP stack implemented on
Ethernet or WiFi family of protocols. Bluetooth implements
its own protocols with different purpose.

'Impossible' is a strong word.

Yes you can use SSH over Bluetooth.

But there is a LOT of work to be done like setting up a link layer network on Bluetooth then running the TCP/IP stack over top of it.

With a little bit of 'googling' the rasberry pi site I came up with this post on how to do it:

Yes. I read it.

However, your quote is wrong and misleading.

I think between the links we each provided there is enough information to start on a path to get it configured. I've already decided to break out a PI and try it.

The key to establishing a Bluetooth TCP/IP communication channel is the Bluetooth Network Encapsulation Protocol (BNEP): http://tinyurl.com/z23fvfn. The client (in this case the Raspberry Pi) must support this.
