No, it is impossible to set up SSH over Bluetooth.
Even more so with Apple's Bluetooth implementation on iOS.
SSH works over a regular TCP/IP stack implemented on
Ethernet or WiFi family of protocols. Bluetooth implements
its own protocols with different purpose.
I think between the links we each provided there is enough information to start on a path to get it configured. I've already decided to break out a PI and try it.
The key to establishing a Bluetooth TCP/IP communication channel is the Bluetooth Network Encapsulation Protocol (BNEP): http://tinyurl.com/z23fvfn. The client (in this case the Raspberry Pi) must support this.
