SSH connection through companies proxy server

heyho!
i hope you can help me...
there is a proxy server in my companies network that forwards all http or ftp requests through port 8080(works great with my firefox). i'm using debian there and i have no idea how to tunnel my ssh request through that server(which just forwards without any login) to my homepc. right now i'm at home of course but it would be great if someone could tell me how to get "home" while i'm at work

thx a lot!

try this http://www.agroman.net/corkscrew/

Corkscrew is a tool for tunneling SSH through HTTP proxies.
