ssh connection hangs at expecting SSH2_MSG_KEX_DH_GEX_GROUP

Here is my config : I have a laptop running Xubuntu behind a corporate firewall and want to ssh into a remote OpenBSD box through proxytunnel. I have done it, it always used to work, but since a few days, I'm stuck.

If I ssh -vvv, the last message I get is

expecting SSH2_MSG_KEX_DH_GEX_GROUP

I've tried a few solutions found through google, notably tweaking the MTUs, but to no avail. Anybody has an idea ?

The remote computer the remote computer is being blocked from sending
SSH2_MSG_KEX_DH_GEX_GROUP. Probably a remote firewall setup issue.
