you'll need to forward port 22 to your LAN ip and from an external connection use your public ip to connect
so say your home public ip is 55.55.55.55 and your local lan ip is 192.168.1.xxx just forward port 22 to your LAN and when you use putty for instance use the 55.x.x.x ip

edit: do this on your gateway/firewall

you just said your server was at home so how would you not have control?
you need to make those changes on your hardware at home, not work

well as i stated in my previous post...you need to make these changes at home, not sure what kind of router you have but im going to presume its a SOHO (small office home office) when you look thru your settings im sure you'll see something in relation to a firewall or port forwarding...look for an entry in regards to telnet or port 23 and make a duplicate entry for SSH or port 22

I think I couldn't explain it.Here is my network schema
My work computer -> proxy,firewall,gateway-> internet cloud -> my home server(ssh, telnet services)

when i try to connect the gateway blocks ssh connection but permits telnet connection to my home server. For now I am gonna use telnet bu it is not secure there is no tunneling for other applications vs.vs. I am searching for solution.By the way I cannot configure gateway. So I need a trick .
Thanks

you're still not listening to me when i say changes need to be made at your home, im gonna guess with confidence that you have some sort of router, unless your computer is connected directly to your modem (which is down right stupid) or maybe check your computers software firewall
it is a possibility your work network could be blcoking outbound SSH sessions which is unlikely but possible
either way you're pretty much on your own at this point...ive pointed out what needs to be done

Why don't you put the ssh also listening on the port 23? So you can connect "via telnet"?

I do that my home router listen port 21 to make ssh but the gateway analyze the packets or sessions and determine the type of the connection.
