Question: Just you, or other users too?

If the answer is "I'm the only user", what happens with a new user?

Not really an answer, I know, but maybe food for thought.

Recompile your apache with including php-version. After that reinstall your squiremail.
Are your komputer is Top Level Domain in your network or Sub Domain ?
if the answer no, you can forward the sent email to your proxy.
