Unhappy Squidguard Error


i want to install db berkeley and squidguard
when i want to install SquidGuard and i enter this command afte installing Db Berkeley :

./configure --with-db=/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.3.3

then i see :

checking for yywrap in -lfl... yes

checking whether yytext is a pointer... yes
checking for lynx... false
checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl
checking for db_version in -ldb... no

** The Berkley DB library is required for squidGuard
to compile. Get it from sleepycat.com
use --with-db=DIR or --with-db-lib=DIR to specify
its location. (default is /usr/local/BerkeleyDB)

[root@ZH79 squidGuard-1.2.0]#




i don't know why this latest parageraph is happend?

** The Berkley DB library is required for squidGuard

use --with-db=DIR or --with-db-lib=DIR to specify

afte this when enter make command i see this error

make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
[root@ZH79 BerkeleyDB.3.3]#

why?
please help me
