squid3 not redirecting http to https for some sites forward proxy

Hi Guys,

I am running squid3, qlproxy and squidclamav. When trying to access a http sites that auto redirects you to a https site is it not resolving the address and gives the standard squid communication error page.

For example if I go to http://shop.insight.com/ it should redirect me to https://shop.insight.com/ but instead I get the error page.

I have tried adding

via off
forwarded_for Delete

But this does not work. Does anyone know what I can add to my squid.conf to make it work?
