Squid starting error


Hi Guys,
I'm a newbie to Linux and trying to install the Squid proxy on Redhat Release 9. But after configuring the squid.conf file the service won't start and when chekced thru squid-z the following error comes:

FATAL: Could not determine fully qualified hostname. Please set 'visible_hostna
me'

Squid Cache (Version 2.5.STABLE1): Terminated abnormally.
CPU Usage: 0.010 seconds = 0.010 user + 0.000 sys
Maximum Resident Size: 0 KB
Page faults with physical i/o: 386
Aborted


I have a domain running Win2k named robsinc. Pls anybody help me with a solution.Thanks in advance.

Hi
Please edit squid.conf and set
visible_hostname = xxxx where xxxx is your hostname
restart squid.
This will solve your problem.
